Our Yoga Teacher Training course is a comprehensive Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour level program, perfect for students wishing to deepen their study and practice of yoga, as well as those wanting to become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
This teacher training program is a Hatha/Vinyasa yoga-based training with a focus on in-depth study and understanding of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, yoga philosophy, human anatomy, teaching methodology, and professional development.
Throughout this program you will have the opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and those around you. You will increase in strength and flexibility in your physical body. You will experience greater calm and equanimity by learning techniques to control your nervous system. You will experience a positive transformation in your relationship to your physical body and movement practice. You will understand how to use asana practice as a tool for optimal health and personal growth.
For those wishing to go on to teach, or those wishing to deepen their practice, you will gain an understanding of proper technique, alignment, and sequencing of asana. You will learn the role of the eight limbs of yoga in finding greater ease in your life and supporting others in doing the same. You will experience a breakthrough in your ability to lead powerfully. You will gain the skills needed to mindfully sequence a 1(+) hour class for yourself and others. You will be challenged to expand your horizons as we study the traditional side of this ancient practice.
Flexible Online Component:
We will use Google Classroom as our online forum to post additional video content, list weekly reading material and share journal prompts related to different yogic topics.
This course will operate from a common core curriculum that includes four categories and thirteen competencies. In addition, Steven and Wenjie will assess the knowledge, skills, and experience of the trainees prior to graduating and certifying them as 200-hour Registered Yoga Teachers against this core curriculum to ensure comprehension and understanding.

If opting for an approved payment plan we require a deposit of $500 non-refundable to hold your space. You are required to make at least one payment a month during training and have the entire amount of $3,000 in before the last day of your training to receive your Registered Yoga Teacher Certificate.
