Our Yoga Dragon YTT is an anatomy based approach to learning how the modern day yogi body works. Starting with the physical body then through the more subtle aspects of the body. Through the study of how the 13 major joints operate efficiently and tend to fail, we will gain applicable knowledge of how to create a safe practice for yourself and your students.
This YTT program is designed and curated for any aspiring yogi to deepen their practice and create a pain free body. If you have no desire to teach, this training IS for you. If you do desire to teach and share what you will learn, this training IS for you.
