Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on the deeper "yin" tissues of your ligaments, joints, and deep fascial networks. For this purpose, we relax the muscles and allow the body to gently open up. Expect to hold poses for extended periods of time (2 - 5 minutes) and resolve to find stillness. Come into each pose at the appropriate depth and come out of every pose with grace and intention.

The room at our 290 location will be heated between 90 - 95 degrees with our infrared heating system. Hot yoga is great for increasing flexibility and improving lung capacity.
The room at our Louetta location will be comfortably heated to 85 degrees with our infrared heating system. Heated classes are a great way to lengthen and strenthen your muscles.
