I received my first teacher training certificate in 2016 through Black Swan Yoga Houston and continued my yoga studies with Mahayogi Gokulacandra Das in Malaysia. I had the privilege to also study with my teacher's teacher, Mahayogi Jayananda Das, at the Bhaktivedanta College in Belgium. I lead powerful classes with strong cues designed to guide the practitioner to a deeper sense of self-awareness by focusing on specific points on the body known as marma points.
I founded Yoga Dragon in December 2018 with the intention of spreading the benefits of yoga to as many people in the Northwest side of Houston as possible. I endeavor to create a space that is welcoming and affordable for everyone to continue their yoga journey. At the same time, Yoga Dragon is passionate about delivering a high quality yoga practice. Our training continues as well and we will continue to pass on our knowledge to our students.
