Looking for ways to stay active, productive, and strong? Practice yoga with us from the comfort of you own home! Yoga is a great way to maintain range of motion in the body, keep blood circulation efficient, and increase lung capacity during these trying times. Follow the instuctions below to get started. Step 1. Sign up for class as usual - through MindBody or on our scheduling tab listed above. It is recommended to pre-register for class ahead of time to streamline this process.
Step 2. Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app on your phone or laptop and register for a free account. Zoom is the digital platform that allows us to visually connect over the internet.
Step 3. Everyone signed up for class will be sent the Zoom link 10-15 minutes before class starts to access our digital studio. We will send the link to whatver email address we have on file.
Step 4. Best practice is to use your computer to access the Zoom link. Have your computer camera facing your practice area so the instructor can keep an eye on your alignment.
