Shamron has been teaching yoga full time since 2010, and her personal practice began in 2000.
She's had the honor of studying from multiple different methods and teachers which has taught her the value of diversity in learning and all things. Her goal is to create classes where function and form work together to create an individualized practice for each student in a group environment. Providing a physical practice that is accessible and sustainable and one that includes all aspects of yoga is important to her.
