In 1998, I started an asana practice to relieve severe back pain. After significant improvement in my pain and mobility, I continued to practice for the extensive benefits it yielded both physically and mentally. In 2015, I earned my 200RYT through YogaFit and began teaching. In 2016 I completed both a 100hr certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and a 300hr certification in Pilates.
My personal mission is the common thread through all my interests: to serve by investing my talents and energy helping others create a happy, successful life—however they choose to define “success”. This mission is also the foundation for my teaching philosophy.
