Diane is an avid runner who has completed seven half marathons. She is also a certified personal trainer through AFAA. Her path to yoga started after an injury due to running , from there it was added to her life and fitness routine. She has been a yoga enthusiast for eleven years and has been a certified group instructor of yoga for six years.
Her journey started through attending classes and then studying the work of Baron Baptist and learning from his teacher training. Diane is 200RYT through the Yoga Institute of Houston.
I find yoga to be the one part of my health habits that sustains me and keeps me fit and strong for my work and family ~ a 17 yr old daughter who keep me very busy!
