Christine started practicing yoga in 2012 to enhance her movement in dance and connection with her dance partner as well as to relieve stress with her hectic lifestyle. Slowly her practice had evolved into a deeper understanding and love of yoga in its purest form which prompted her to study to become a yoga teacher to be able to share not only the physical benefits but the spiritual, emotional and mental rewards that come with a dedicated yoga practice. She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Shamron Owen at Shanti Tree Yoga School in July 2017.
Christine is a physical therapist and currently has her own practice specializing in pediatrics where she has incorporated yoga in her treatment plans. Christine has always had a love for dance and started dancing at the age of 3 and never stopped. She is a classically trained ballet dancer for 18 years and in 2009, started dancing and competing in ballroom dance. Her therapy and dance backgrounds coupled with her personal flair make her yoga sequences a combination of strength, fluidity and grace.
